Crossing fingers helped!!  Just got a text from our realtor asking when we wanted to close!  Guess we will get to live the "live in our trailer in the Wal-Mart parking lot" lifestyle for a month or two.  If I think about all that needs to be done, I will hyperventilate.  Especially--like "where are we going to put all our stuff while we move out of our home but have no place other than a camp trailer to live"?  Argh!!!
