Proof that the Museum of Natural Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point is not jus for kids!!

We went to Cleveland for Tony's grandson's high school graduation and took Aspen with us. We dropped her off in Wisconsin at Seth's so she could have some cousin time (see Julie's post). Aspen did great on the road trip! She shared the back seat with our food bin and ice chest. She made her a little nest and we hardly heard from her. Then we surprised her with a stop at Mt. Rushmore on the way home. We had a great time with Aspen! Hope she had fun too!

Two years ago we had an abbreviated "Girls' Weekend", and one of the crafts were garden stepping stones.  They were never planted, so I decided to make a "GW 2012 Memorial Garden" from them.  Got a few plants and a couple different ground cover plants. I have a notoriously brown thumb, so we'll see how it turns out.
