Angels watched over us.
Last weekend Tony and I took the trailer back up to the Tetons and hiked our legs off.  We took our favorite hike up Cascade Canyon.  We figure we hiked at least 6 or 7 miles.  When we got ready to come home Monday, we noticed some uneven tread wear on one of the trailer tires.  When we got home, we noticed what looked like a blow-out ready to happen on that tire--one bald spot with a divot in the rubber.  Couldn't figure out why it was only in one spot on the tire, not all the way around.  So tonight we took the tire off so we could take it to the tire shop and look into the warranty on it, as the tread is hardly worn on the rest of the tire.  But when we got it off, there was a huge gash on the inner side of the tire that went clear down to the steel.  We always pray for safety when we go, and we are convinced that we were watched over this trip.  We've taken the trailer to the Tetons in June, to the Uintas in August, then back to the Tetons last week.  And we didn't have a blow-out.  We are so grateful!

Wow! I wonder how many miracles happen that we don't notice. So grateful you were being watched over.
