Is it spring??

Do we dare to hope?? The sun is out, the grass is green (thanks to recent storms and a layer of fertilizer), the trees have miniature leaves coming out, my tulips are blooming (and some dying after blooming), I painted the flower boxes in front, we re-seeded some bare spots on the lawn, we grilled outside--so does that mean spring has come to Wyoming?? Just in case, I am leaving the flannel sheets on the bed, keeping my long-sleeved shirts in the drawer, and keeping the ice scraper handy in the car! After all, this is Wyoming!
